NORBERT U. FROST - Attorney at Law
Mr. Frost has earned an excellent reputation as a hard working, thorough and respected litigator. He has been in practice since 1983 and his legal practice the past 18 years has focused on family law, real estate, civil litigation and probate. He has obtained excellent results for his clients including a multi-million dollar settlement in a products liability action against a major automobile manufacturer, a $975,000 jury verdict in an eminent domain action, and numerous six figure settlements. Mr. Frost completed the Pepperdine University Straus Mediation Program training and serves a mediator with the Solano County Superior Court's No-Fee Mediation program.
After graduating from Vallejo Senior High School, Mr. Frost earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science-Public Service from the University of California at Davis in 1977. While attending college, he worked for California State Assembly Speaker Leo T. McCarthy and the California Optometric Association, was a defensive end on the Cal Aggie football team and President of the Sigma Delta Chapter of the Chi Phi Fraternity.
Before entering law school, he held executive positions with the California Optometric Association and California Dental Association. Mr. Frost graduated from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 1983, where he was a member of the Pacific Law Journal. He was admitted to practice law in California and federal courts in 1983. He worked as in-house counsel for Blue Shield of California, and then as a civil litigator with law firms in Walnut Creek and Pleasanton, before relocating his practice to Solano and Napa Counties in 1991.
Mr. Frost is a member of the State Bar of California, Solano County Bar Association, and Napa County Bar Association. He is trained as mediator through the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem for Solano County Superior Court, a member of the court's panel of arbitrators and mediators, the Napa County Law Library Board of Directors, as President and various positions with the Vallejo Rotary Club, the Napa Valley Swim Club Board of Directors, Leadership Vallejo Board of Directors, a graduate of Leadership Pleasanton, and has been active in many civic organizations. He was a member of the Vallejo Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2008-2010.

MARIA G. PETERSON - Paralegal
The delightful person answering the telephone and greeting clients with a wonderful Italian accent is Maria G. Peterson. Maria is the latest addition to our professional staff. She earned her Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from California State University Sonoma. Maria brings a wealth of experience from the business world as well as working with the Sonoma County Superior Court Family Law Facilitator's office. She will be performing research, prepare court forms, draft pleadings and correspondence and assist clients with gathering the information needed for their cases. Maria resides in Sonoma County with her husband and two sons.

Ms. Frost is a highly skilled and educated administrator with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of California at Davis and a Master's Degree from University of California at Los Angeles. She has over 20 years experience as an executive level administrator in complex corporate environments where she was responsible for multi-million dollar budgets, hundreds of employees, facility renovation. Ms. Frost also created and implemented an emergency preparedness program for a large health care organization with multiple locations throughout Northern California.
